Pamplemousse apartments

Yes, in reply to other questions, a small apartment with pool, overlooking the golf and the sea - called Pamplemousse ( dont ask me why!!!).

Further villa at the excellent Domaine de Vertmarines - the pools have taken a shock with this heat this week - could post a black pool but its not as great as this one !!

Les Mas de St Hilaire

Following on to what you may want to rent, this is the new les Mas de St Hilaire holiday village with large 50m²+ villas, direct access through forest to beach, children's club and pool, walkable to little touristy shops and bars and restaurants, on the southern side of St Jean de Monts beaches heading towards St Hilaire de Riez area. The exact area is locally known as Les Becs .

Seeing as I have been asked, here now starts a small selection of what I can organise for rental for you. Above is the new, large villa Amethsyt in the Domaine de Vertmarines which sleeps 10 persons in great comfort. The Domaine de Vertmarines is situated to the south of the old market town of St Jean de Monts, by the forest and just 3.6km to the famous sandy beaches. It is a new private, gated development where every villa has a private heated swimming pool.

The marais is very full - of water AND herons !

St Jean de Monts have spent alot of time and money updating the old esplanade, wiith better parking facilities and nicer lamps and gardens.
