Following on to what you may want to rent, this is the new les Mas de St Hilaire holiday village with large 50m²+ villas, direct access through forest to beach, children's club and pool, walkable to little touristy shops and bars and restaurants, on the southern side of St Jean de Monts beaches heading towards St Hilaire de Riez area. Seeing as I have been asked, here now starts a small selection of what I can organise for rental for you. Above is the new, large villa Amethsyt in the Domaine de Vertmarines which sleeps 10 persons in great comfort. The Domaine de Vertmarines is situated to the south of the old market town of St Jean de Monts, by the forest and just 3.6km to the famous sandy beaches. It is a new private, gated development where every villa has a private heated swimming pool.

The marais is very full - of water AND herons !

Did the english golfers dress like this in the 1930s? A well attended golf day at the super St Jean de Monts golf course was held on Friday - here are some of the participants. I will post a golf course photo tommorrow as unfortunatly Friday I was at work so couldnt attend the golf day!
